Refund policy

You can regret your purchase for many reasons. Either way, you can get your money back if you do. However, you must make sure to send the product to PLOXX, Malmøgade 11, 2100 København Ø, Denmark. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the item from us. Once we have received the product and found that it is in perfect condition, ready for resale, the purchase price will be refunded via the form of payment you used for the purchase.
